Absolutely stand up company! They came to a rental house I had vacant and came to find out squatters and they’re dogs were living it. Ralph and his crew got right out there, had it done very fast, and was extremely fair priced!!

Hired Bio-One to clean out a family member's hoarder home. Owner and all employees were professional, responsive, and tireless, as well as patient and supportive. Being connected to a hoarder home can feel shameful but I never felt judgment from Bio-One personnel. The team worked diligently to remove ruined items and search for valuables and mementos. Can't say enough good things about their efficient and thorough work.

Our basement was cluttered and we hadn't touched anything down there in at least 10 years. Inquired and got a very reasonable price to completely clean the space. My wife is so happy. Completely clean and done the very next day

My church had a severe problem with pigeon droppings in our attic and upper floors. I contacted Bio-One for an estimate and had them complete the work. Ralph the owner provided the estimate and set up the work the following week. Took a crew of 4 people two days. The crew leader, Jenai, discussed their plans beforehand and was very professional. Both Jenai and her crew had a very good attitude throughout, even though this was a challenging and messy job. They used appropriate PPE and completed the work just as they discussed. I was very happy with the company and crew and would recommend them.

Ralph and Greg were extremely amazing to work with and did an incredible job handling a more sensitive situation with a severe clean up. I highly recommend Bio-One.
